Seth Kolton is a 1999 graduate of Clark University (Worcester, MA), where he received his B.A. in Government and English. Seth received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida in 2005. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2006 and is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, the United States Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.
Seth’s litigation practice is concentrated in General Liability, Professional Liability, Commercial Litigation, and Association Law. Before joining Shendell & Pollack, Seth spent 10 years litigating cases involving Construction Defects, Commercial Disputes, Product Liability, Class-Action, Consumer Finance, Insurance Defense, Criminal Defense, and Real Estate matters. Prior to that, Seth worked as an Assistant State Attorney with the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted a variety of felonies and misdemeanors and tried over 50 cases to verdict.
