Kyle Bente is a graduate of the University of Miami, where he obtained his BA in 2016, majoring in Accounting. In 2020, Mr. Bente obtained his Juris Doctorate from University of Miami School of Law, where his studies focused on securities fraud, tax, and antitrust law. He was awarded the Dean’s Certificate Award for his work in Corporate Tax Law.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Bente worked in public accounting where he provided risk advisory services for a variety of industries including pharmaceutical manufacturing, e-commerce retail, and passenger cruising. During his time, he worked with companies in preparation for IPOs and private buyouts. After, Mr. Bente worked as an external auditor, providing audit reports to clients working in real estate development and public private partnership contracts. Mr. Bente has also worked under general counsel for a privately held commercial developer, where he primarily assisted in preparation and review of capital financing and commercial lease agreements.
