Shendell & Pollock is pleased to announce that Kevin McAllister and Tracy P. Berkman
have joined the firm in our Boca Raton, Florida office.
With our continued commitment to excellence, we are continuing to deepen our bench, our professional liability program and expand our firm with related platforms to assist our clients in all aspects of their businesses.
Kevin McAllister is a graduate of Florida State University where he received his B.A. in Political Science and Criminology. Kevin received his Juris Doctor from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1999. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2000 and is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts.
Kevin’s litigation experience and practice has been concentrated insurance defense areas of general liability, premises liability, professional liability, coverage determinations, toxic tort, liability in wrongful death cases and commercial litigation. Before joining Shendell & Pollack, Kevin spent 9 years as in house counsel for local and National insurance companies representing them in personal injury protection litigation, bodily injury and property damage cases.
Tracy P. Berkman is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she received her B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations. Tracy received her Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law in 2010, where she was a Third-Year Editor of the Journal of Science & Technology Law and a Teaching Assistant for the Effective and Ethical Depositions Course. She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2010 and is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court of the Southern District of Florida.
Tracy’s litigation experience and practice has encompassed many areas of law, including insurance defense, complex commercial litigation, consumer and commercial finance, and general litigation. Prior to joining Shendell & Pollock, Tracy was employed as staff counsel to a national automobile insurance carrier in personal injury protection, bodily injury, subrogation and property damage matters.
