Rebecca Brownell graduated from the University of South Florida in 1983 receiving aa B.A. in Psychology and graduated from Nova University in 1988 receiving a M.S. in Psychology. Rebecca received her juris doctorate, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad School of Law in 2001, where she was the Executive Editor of the Law Review and Moot Court. Rebecca is an AV rated attorney.
Rebecca has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2001 and is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and In the United States District Courts for the North, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
Rebecca’s practice is in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith, insurance defense, wrongful death, general liability and professional liability. Before entering private practice Rebecca spent fourteen years in the medical/rehabilitation field as a Psychotherapist, Vocational Evaluator and Rehabilitation Consultant. Rebecca is a former member of the United States Army.
